A little off-duty
I like how this outfit feels slightly undecided.
The oversized charcoal T-shirt is loose and easy, almost like something I would wear without thinking, but the red plaid mini skirt changes the whole balance. It gives the look just enough shape and color to keep it from feeling too casual.
I kept the pose simple because the clothes already have that contrast built in. One hand behind my neck, shoulders relaxed, nothing too arranged. Even the vertical blinds in the background help, because all those straight pale lines make the soft folds of the shirt stand out more.
It is not a dressed-up look and it is not exactly lounge clothes either. I think that in-between quality is what makes it work for me.
