SheFit Ultimate Sports Bra - Running With a 34G Bust
The Problem
I started running last year at 34G and quickly learned that most sports bras are designed for B cups. Compression-only bras gave me uniboob and bounce. Encapsulation bras were too bulky. The SheFit Ultimate ($69) promised both.
Adjustability
The standout feature is the zip-front closure with adjustable band and straps. You can genuinely customize the fit. I spent about 10 minutes dialing in the right tension and once I found it, every run since has been consistent.
Bounce Test
I ran 5K on pavement. The bounce reduction was significant - maybe 85-90% compared to a regular bra. Not zero movement, but enough that I could focus on my run instead of my chest.
Comfort
- Straps: Wide and padded, no digging
- Band: Firm but not restrictive for breathing
- Moisture: Fabric wicks well but the zipper area gets sweaty
- Chafing: None, even on a 10K
Downsides
- Not attractive. This is purely functional.
- The zip front adds bulk under fitted tops
- Takes a while to put on and adjust
- Hand wash only for longevity
Who Needs This
Anyone DD+ who does high-impact exercise. This changed my relationship with running. 9/10 for function, 5/10 for aesthetics.
